A Dramatic Collage is theatriQ's first live performance since the start of the global pandemic. We wanted to ease into preforming live again, so we chose to do a staged reading of multiple pieces by and for the queer community.

How great is it to speak words that were written specifically for your circumstances, desires, morals and humor! Queer people existed long before we were seen in art, but look at how far we have come to be able to choose content that fits!

Pieces include

  • Gift of the Mad Guys by Brian Pope

  • Before It Hits Home by Cheryl L. West

  • Dancing in the Blue Lights by Tomé Cousin and Monteze Freeland

  • Wild With Happy by Colman Domingo
