Dreams of Hope was invited to perform at Pittsburgh Public Schools All City Showcase of Arts and Culture. We are honored to be presenting original music and spoken word pieces created by young people in the performance group. The event is free and open to the public.

May 9th: Performance at Youth Invasion!

Dreams of Hope performs at 7pm on the 4th floor. We will be joining young performers from across the Pittsburgh region to present at Youth Invasion! Every years this event is created by teens for teens and engages 100s of young people in art making, performances, and gallery time! The event is $5 dollars and open to the public. That's So Gay (17 minute DVD)

The stories of LGBTQ youth told through drama, humor, and song. Plus interviews with the youth performers and their director about about heterosexism, homophobia, and gender identity.

 10th Anniversary Anthology (181 page book)

This collection includes all the poems, skits, and songs (including sheet music) from the first ten years of the Performance Troupe. Written by the youth (ages 13-21) in collaboration with professional artists. All materials are available for reproduction for educational use without royalties.
