Camp Lavender Hill will be held at Camp Watanda on Lake Vera near Nevada City. Established in 1992, Camp Lavender Hill (CLH) is a one-week residential camp for children of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) families, ages 9-14 and provides a Counselor-in-Training program (CIT) for children ages 15-17. CLH provides children with an alternative to traditional summer camps. Counselors between the ages of 18 and 23 are drawn from LGBT youth groups and from programs for children of LGBT families. Children, adolescents and young people are provided with the opportunity to celebrate their differences and similarities in a safe and supportive environment.

CampOUT provides a unique farm/camp experience where young people ages 8-16 are productive members of the farm community and can share in the fun of summer camp activities. Through farm work, and activities we create a sense of community where difference and diversity are celebrated and children can be themselves. Young people have the opportunity to talk openly about their families and the experience of being from an LGBT family.

Camp Ten Oaks is a one-week, sleep-away camp for children and youth ages 8-17. Our camp community is for the children of LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, queer) and/or non-traditional families, youth who are LGBTQ, and their allies. We offer typical camp programming ranging from arts and crafts to aquatics and sports to social justice and family programming. Camp Ten Oaks is run by the not-for-profit organization, Ten Oaks Project, and our camp program is offered to campers and families on a sliding scale basis.

Camp Ten Trees is an overnight summer camp located in Washington State. Our camp features one week for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, and ally (LGBTQA) youth, and one week for the children of LGBTQ families. At Camp Ten Trees, children and youth build self-confidence and strength in diversity in an environment which challenges homophobia and provides a range of traditional camp activities.
